What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 


It works by identifying and resolving stress stored in the body using a gentle technique called muscle monitoring — a form of biofeedback that taps into the intelligence of your central nervous system (CNS) and subconscious mind. 


Through light pressure on specific muscles (usually in the arm), we assess how the body responds — either “locking” (contracting) or “unlocking” (releasing). These responses bypass the conscious mind and communicate directly with the nervous system and subconscious, revealing where imbalances are held and what the body needs to restore alignment. 


Kinesiology is deeply unique in that it blends modern science with intuitive healing. It draws from a rich combination of: 

  • Western techniques like Chiropractic, Osteopathy, and nutrition 
  • Eastern wisdom including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and meridian theory 
  • Quantum principles and energetic healing tools like crystals, sound therapy, and flower essences
