This is where it begins.

Your initial session is a full 90-minute deep dive into your body, your health history, and what's ready to shift. We start by reviewing your intake form and talking through where you're at – physically, emotionally, mentally – so I can build a clear picture of what your body is carrying and what it's asking for. From there, we move into the balance. Using gentle muscle monitoring, I work directly with your body's innate intelligence to identify the underlying stress patterns held in your system and uncover what's most ready to be addressed.

This session combines kinesiology techniques to clear blocks, restore balance, and empower you with insights and tools for long-term transformation. 

Depending on what your body calls for on the day, your session may draw from other modalities in my toolkit –  including Sonawave Reset Method® (in-person only) and Temple Craft Energetics, which draws on inner child healing, timeline therapy, ancestral pattern work and shamanic practices. Everything is guided by your body in real time – nothing is forced, nothing assumed.

This is where the deeper work happens.

The 90-minute follow up is the preferred session length for ongoing healing. With a full session, we have the space to go beyond the surface, follow where your body leads, and address the layers that sit underneath what's visible.

This session is particularly supportive for clients working through complex or long-held patterns – chronic stress, emotional trauma, gut and immune imbalances, anxiety, burnout, ancestral patterns, or simply the quiet exhaustion of holding everything together for too long.

As with every session, your body is the guide. We work with whatever is most present and most ready – and your healing unfolds at exactly the pace that's right for you.

For those days when time is short but your body is still calling for support.

This focused session is designed for existing clients who are ready to move straight into the balance. It's best suited to clients who have already completed a number of deeper sessions and are coming in for targeted support around a specific concern.

This full-length session blends Kinesiology with the Sonawave Reset Method® – a fascia-informed technique designed to interrupt bracing patterns, calm the nervous system, and restore muscular activation. Using vibrational tools, this session gently releases scar tissue and fascia, supports lymphatic drainage and blood flow, and helps muscles re-activate naturally. Designed as a restorative, non-forceful experience, it helps your body soften long-held tension, restore flow, and create a sense of lightness.

As with all sessions, your body leads the way and tools are only used if appropriate on the day. Kinesiology guides the session throughout — so your body's responses are always supported and the work remains appropriate for what's present on the day.

This session is available to existing clients who have completed an initial session and are new to the Sonawave Reset Method®.

For those days when time is short but your body is still calling for that deeper, physical reset.

This express session is focused on the Sonawave Reset Method® – using vibrational tools to support fascia health, circulation and muscle function. Kinesiology guides the session throughout to ensure your body's responses are supported at every step, helping you maintain progress and restore a sense of ease and balance in the body.

As with all sessions, your body leads the way and tools are only used if appropriate on the day.

This session is recommended as a focused follow-up for existing clients who have already experienced the Kinesiology x Sonawave Reset Method® 90-minute session.

Animal Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive way to support the health and wellbeing of your beloved pets. Using surrogate muscle testing, we can remotely tune into your animal’s energy to uncover the root cause of behavioural issues, emotional stress, dis-ease, physical discomfort, or nutritional imbalances. This specialised form of kinesiology allows us to communicate directly with your pet’s innate intelligence, from a distance, offering insights that may not be visible on the surface. Allow 45 - 60 minutes for this session.
