Kinesiology can support a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, fatigue, emotional blockages, digestive issues, physical pain or discomfort, sleep disturbances, and overall wellbeing. It is also beneficial for personal growth, clarity, and emotional resilience.
Whether you're navigating significant life changes, facing emotional or physical symptoms, or seeking clarity and personal growth, kinesiology offers holistic support tailored to your individual needs and goals.
During your session, you will remain fully clothed while lying on a massage table. Muscle monitoring is used to identify stress points or blockages in your system.
As your kinesiology practitioner, I will apply various non-invasive techniques from complementary health systems, including Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Cranial, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Energy Medicine and Nutrition. These may involve acupressure, bodywork, gentle massage, muscle testing, energy balancing, chakra work, meridian therapy and vibrational therapy like flower essences, among others.
All techniques are guided by your body’s responses to help restore balance and activate its own unique natural healing processes. Importantly, kinesiology works by addressing the priority issue that your body indicates needs attention first, out of all presenting symptoms. This ensures we work in alignment with your body’s innate wisdom, allowing for the most effective and natural healing process.
Additionally, I may recommend home support such as flower essences, nutritional guidance, or relaxation exercises to support your integration, further your healing and empower you in your wellbeing journey.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows your arms and legs to be moved into different positions for muscle monitoring while lying or sitting on a massage table.
The number of sessions required varies from person to person, depending on the specific concerns being addressed; including the specific issue, duration of disharmony and your own commitment to embracing change.
In many cases, one to three sessions can significantly improve an issue, but kinesiology is often an unfolding process. As the body heals, deeper layers of imbalance may surface, requiring further work.
I generally recommend a minimum of three sessions to start. After your first session, you may feel unsure of what just happened—but by your third session, you’ll have a deeper understanding of the process and noticeable changes in how you feel. While some conditions may resolve quickly (sometimes in as little as one session), long-standing or complex issues may require more time.
Many clients also choose to continue with regular monthly or bi-monthly balances to maintain their wellbeing.
Each person's experience after a kinesiology session is unique.
Generally, people respond in one of three ways:
These reactions are all very normal as your body adjusts and restores balance. If you have any concerns after a session, please reach out.
To honor your body’s healing process, I recommend (where possible):
Each session helps you deepen your self-awareness and cultivate a space for self-care and healing.

While many people seek kinesiology to address specific physical, emotional, or mental concerns, it is also a powerful tool for personal growth, self-awareness, and enhancing overall wellbeing. Kinesiology can help you feel more balanced, aligned, and connected to yourself, even if you are not experiencing a particular issue. Many clients choose to have regular sessions as part of their self-care routine to maintain a sense of clarity and wellbeing.
No, the process is based on the body’s biofeedback responses, meaning it bypasses the conscious mind and works directly with the nervous system and subconscious. Many people experience positive changes even if they were initially skeptical.
Yes, kinesiology is a gentle and safe therapy suitable for all ages, from children to the elderly. It works in harmony with your body by addressing its energy systems rather than relying on forceful physical manipulation. As a non-invasive modality, kinesiology supports your body's natural healing processes, promoting balance and overall wellbeing.
No, Kinesiology is not a substitute for medical treatment or care from your GP or other healthcare professionals.
Kinesiology does not diagnose or treat specific diseases, instead, it focuses on balancing your body’s energy to support its natural healing ability. Kinesiology can complement medical treatments, mental health care, counselling/psychology or naturopathy, but it is not a replacement for them.
It is important to remember that you do not need to be unwell to benefit from kinesiology—it can enhance overall wellbeing, support personal growth, and facilitate many positive life changes.
